These are the photos of the addition VRS recently wrapped up.  This house is located on the South Anna River, and the new owners of the home wanted to structure it in a way they could maximize thier view and add some much needed additional space.  VRS worked directly with the owners to transform the plain house they had bought into the home they had always wanted.

We added over 3000 square feet of addition living space with the many major transformations and add-ons.  We turned the exisiting 2 car garage into an in-law suite, while adding a 3 car garage.  Also, we built a river room off of the back of the home with a stone fireplace.  The area below the river room was finished and served as an additional space connected to the full basement.  We also renovated the kitchen by adding state of the art appliances, quality made cabinetry and granite countertops.  To maximize the view, the owners had us build a deck emcompassing the rear of the home.  All in all the customers could not be happier and as a company neither could we.  This project turned out great and is a true testiment to the quality sub-contractors that work for us.  These pictures show you just how beautiful this addition turned out.

This family was devastated by a fire caused by a curling iron. VRS completely renovated the interior of the home, replaced half of the siding and rebuilt the screen porch. Now their home is better then pre-loss.
